Well, to sum it up the party in two words, I would say: fun and sweaty. The fun part was getting together with my exchange student friends, and being dressed up in silly costumes that didn’t always make sense. The sweaty part was about being on the sixth floor of a university building that turns the air conditioning off the weekends. So all of us got a little sweaty, and a few of us got a little… ripe.
Other than that, the party was a real blast! My friend Arthur is a part of Rotex, and was the DJ for the night, so we were in no way lacking awesome tunes. Additionally, we found out that some exchange students are pretty beastly dancer. Murilo, from Brazil, for example, looks like a really young kid, but can break dance and dance like Michael Jackson. Super surprising? Yes! Super cool? You bet your top hat it was! I think I found out last night that I like to dance and party; that I like going crazy and fist pumping. I don’t know what that means for my college years, but I’m excited to find out! Of course I’ll keep it PG Mom, so don’t fret our fear. I got this!
When the lights went up at 9:30, I bid everyone good-bye, much to some people’s scrutiny because it was only 9:30. Well, as much as I enjoy spending time with my exchange buddies, I was pretty partied out. Additionally, it took me exactly an hour to get back home, so I arrived just in time for my curfew. Not that this issue bother’s me very much, I’ve always been sort of a lone wolf person, even in the States. All I want is for people to respect my decisions. It is not like I’m hurting anyone by going home early. That’s all I wanted to say about that.
Well, everyone, another month is coming to a close. It is pretty crazy that it is already November, right?
Oh, and my videos will be up soon! So look out for those soon.
